What’s the role?

An Estate Agency Branch Manager role for an Independent Estate Agent based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The company has an extremely strong brand in the area with a large letting’s presence but it’s the sales side which needs a strong leader to increase market share.

The role will predominantly be to focus on residential sales, but the owner would like someone to over see the lettings side. The lettings business has an established team and would not need much managing.

Want to feel like you’re running your own business? The owner is fairly hands off and is looking for someone to run the branch as their own. They’d like an entrepreneurial individual able to be self-sufficient and who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. That said they’re prepared to back the right person with the resources need to build the business further.
