What’s the role?

I’m working with a well-established commercial property consultancy to recruit a Property Manager to join their growing team in Southampton, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a varied role, working across a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, mixed-use properties and residential AST properties.

Role & Responsibilities…

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee service charge management, including budgeting, reconciliation, and tenant liaison.
• Handle lease and tenancy management, including rent collection and lease compliance.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

What are the Benefits?

• Salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
