What’s the role?

I’m working closely with an established Dorset – Hampshire based Estate Agency looking for a partner to look after their business in the Ringwood area of Hampshire.

The role involves all aspects of Estate Agency including business generation, winning instructions, negotiating property sales, agreeing offers and nurturing the sale through to completion.

Ideally the successful candidate will be an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator…. HOWEVER successfully securing the role will be based on attitude to a large extent!
