What’s the role?

I’m looking for an experienced Property Manager with some Leasehold Management experience to join an independent lettings agency in Southampton. Initially the role is predominantly to look after a portion of the lettings portfolio, but they have a small but growing leasehold management business they are looking to grow: currently 3 blocks and about 50 units.

What’s so good about this job?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager with either a little leasehold management experience looking to develop in this area or a qualified Block Manager looking for the autonomy to grow a department they can run themselves.
