What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a very successful independent estate agency in Southampton to help them find an experienced Lettings Office Manager.

The role is to manage the day to day running of the lettings office including both the Property Management team and Lettings Negotiators. There will also an element of business development and pitching for business to new landlords.

The right person will allow the owner to concentrate more on growing the business through networking and portfolio acquisition.
