What’s the role?

I’m looking for a Managing Director/Area Manager level candidate to run an independent Estate Agency in Dorset & Hampshire.

The Estate Agency is well established, successful and selling property in multiple locations across Dorset and Hampshire.

The role is to run the agency as if it was your own with full responsibility for growth, staffing, procurement, systems and P&L.

I’m looking for an inspirational, visionary leader, capable of guiding a business through rapid growth.
