What’s the role?

The role is for a Lettings Property Manager to look after a fully managed portfolio of just over 200 properties in and around the Southbourne area of Dorset. The company are a well-known local business looking for someone able to deliver a high-quality service to their customers.

Responsibilities are what you’d expect as an experienced Property Manager – ad hoc and planned maintenance, Inspections, Gas Safety, invoicing etc.
