What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a premium brand lettings agency based in the Petersfield area to find them a really great lettings allrounder!

The company looks after a range of prestigious property across the South Downs national park.

They are looking for an experienced lettings professional to join their business.

The role is quite varied and would include handling lettings enquiries, carrying out viewings, inspections and appraisals producing tenancy agreements, references, compliance, offer letters, correspondence to landlords and tenants and landlord inspection reports (subject to industry qualifications).
